The business name was dreamed up on a beach in Mexico. My vision was to create a worldwide company that allowed me to truly focus on my clients and their business needs.

Team: They are like my second family. Each with different personalities and skill sets, but all come together to execute. I get emotional seeing how amazing they treat each and every client. It's heartwarming and I am so proud of them.

Favorite Travel Destination: Ahhh…Italy!
Domestic Destination: Living in it – New York City. Every time I land in NYC, I smile

Brandee Simoncini

Brandee joined the OneSource team in 2012. Reach Brandee at Brandee@onesourceww.com Brandee started her career in the events industry in NYC working as an in-house meetings and events planner for several large corporations, and brings over 20 years of professional event management experience to the team. She started working with OSWW in 2012, and has traveled across the country helping produce our world-class events. Brandee lives in Winter Park, FL with her children Georgia and Cole, and husband Justin, where she enjoys playing tennis and singing in any spare time she can find.

Natalia Karplus

Natalia has worked in the Event planning and production for 20+ years. She started her career in NYC in Meeting and Event Management.  After 7 years she transferred to London where she planned events in London and the rest of Europe.

Travels through Asia, Europe, and South America inspired her to return to school and she enrolled Le Cordon Bleu London, and earned the Grand Diplome in Cuisine and Patisserie.

Natalia continued to work in food and events in London and Europe for 8 years before moving to Canada.

Natalia now lives in Ottawa with her husband and three daughters.  When not planning events she is skiing, reading, doing yoga, traveling, cooking, and walking her French Water Dog, Penny.
