I want to sincerely thank you and your team for a spectacularly planned event. It seemed like every angle was covered, from the moment we got to the SJD Airport, the check-in and welcome gifts, drinks and snacks in the room, etc. I know sometimes those small details go unseen or unspoken about, but they really made everyone feel special and their time appreciated.
